Our west community schools are partnering with The Place of Forsyth to help collect turkeys for the annual Thanksgiving meal boxes. Please bring your frozen turkeys through the VCMS carline on November 12th from 8-9:30 am. Staff will be on duty to collect your turkey. Please make sure you have your hazzard lights activated so we can identify and direct you. As an incentive, Mr. Lewsader will be wearing a turkey costume at school if we can collect over 100 turkeys. LET'S DO THIS!

If you are shopping for a turkey to donate on Thursday, turkeys are on sale for 47 cents per lb starting 11/11 at Kroger. It’s a BOGO sale because if you buy a turkey, you help turn Mr. Lewsader into a turkey:).
